Recommendations for Use/Cleaning: Venâncio pans can be used both on the stove and in the oven, however, for the latter, the lid must be removed, as the high temperature of the oven will damage the bakelite handle. Wash with warm water and neutral detergent, using a soft sponge (do not use brushes or steel sponges).
